Known for his scores for drama and documentaries, and his experimental choral and electronic music, David Norland is an English composer living and working between Los Angeles and London.

 

His screen work includes the score to the Emmy-nominated HBO film “My Dinner With Herve” starring Peter Dinklage and Jamie Dornan, the Emmy- winning documentary "Anvil! The Story Of Anvil”, and much of the music for US broadcasting giant ABC’s primetime documentaries such as the multiple-award-winning “20/20”. His work for ABC has been nominated for an Emmy, and is broadcast in the US and around the world on a daily basis.

A chorister from an early age, and a boy treble in touring choir The Elizabethan Consort of Voices, alongside his screen work he also composes choral music.
